She is beautiful and energetic, clever if not especially bright, and always a barrel of fun - she is MOPSY, created, written and drawn by Gladys Parker over a period that spanned four decades of the 20th Century. MOPSY had no special plotline or story arc --- she was just a young woman trying to get ahead in the world. She became famous in the newspapers, and it was only logical that she graduate to the comic books with a combination of strip reprints and original stories. Her special blend of beauty and allure - and of course fashion sense - have been gathered into the largest MOPSY collection in print!
