Sue was very lucky, as you can see. She not only found a dragon; her mother allowed her to play with him. And he was such a delightful dragon. He hardly ever put his teeth in - except when he wanted to frighten people - and he told her stories about knights and giants and piskies and King Arthur - wonderful stories. He even introduced her to a mermaid. And put her on his back for a ride through the air. And taught her special dragon-charming songs. Of course, not everyone can meet a dragon. But reading this book is the next best thing.
