The Marathi translation of 'Solstice at Panipat -14 January 1761' - an authentic account of the Panipat campaign. The original English book has already sold two editions and is going for a reprint. The Marathi translation by Vijay Bapaye is done in an easy colloquial language and free flowing texts with all the maps in the original and selected images with genealogies, time line, introduction to principal characters, index, references and appendices. This book gives extracts from original letters written in Marathi in the 18th century so the reader can read what was said, in the original text and tenor of the letter. Published by Mula Mutha Publishers with the usual good standard of printing and publishing followed in all their publications.
