Product Description

The Everyday Patriot is a rousing call to action based on the values that have made America great. In these pages, public philosopher Tom Morris gives us all a new vision for what citizenship and patriotism can mean in our time. He reminds us of the powerful ideas this country was founded on, and shows the way forward for how each of us can make a difference for democracy in our everyday lives.
When the Declaration of Independence was approved and printed on July 4, 1776, a great nation was launched into the world, a grand new republic upholding life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all. Since that day, we have served as a beacon of hope for the world. This little book can inspire each of us to keep that hope alive.
